All prices are per Windows Network Domain.
Can be installed on as many servers as required
within the same domain.
A separate licence is required for each physical

A user is defined as a domain or Active Directory
logon account.
Examples:
An school has one Windows Domain network, with
24 computers, 4 printers, a single print server,
95 users and 15 staff. They want to implement both
print and internet quotas. They would purchase

An education institution has one Windows Active
Directory network domain, with 150 clients (computers),
30 printers and 3 print servers and 800 users.
They would purchase a single PaperCut Quota (print
charging only) education license for 500 to 1000
users.
A Company has two network domains and wishes
to monitor both print and internet use. One domain
has 75 clients with 50 users. The other domain
has 320 user accounts. They would purchase a print
and internet charging license for each domain.
One license for 5 to 100 users and one for 100
to 500.
An Estate Agent has a single domain on a WAN
deployed over two offices in separate cities. The
first site has 25 users and the other 80 users.
They require print charging only. They would purchase
a print charging license for 5 to 100 users for
each site.
A small business has 5 computers, one Windows
2003 server with 5 user accounts. PaperCut is free
until such a time where the network grows over
5 users.
